Terms of use

These terms govern use of lucid-orbitfield.click and appointments with Lucid Orbitfield, the reading room registered in Jeongeup-si. They were last revised on 21 September 2026.

Acceptance

By using the site or by confirming an appointment in writing, you agree to these terms and to the privacy notice, the cookie notice, and the refund terms. If you book on behalf of an employer, you confirm that you may do so. A person under 18 may visit only with a parent or guardian who accepts these terms.

The service

Lucid Orbitfield provides reading appointments about public Solana documentation: update briefings, study circles, commissioned reading notes, and desk hours. The desk explains documents. Decisions about operating a validator, changing a program, voting, custody, tax, or law remain with you and with the professionals you choose for those decisions. Published rates on the rates page are informational until the desk confirms a figure and a date by email.

Bookings

An enquiry form or an email asks the desk for a date. The date is held when the desk writes to confirm it. You agree to send a document title you are allowed to share. Public release notes, proposals, and documentation are the materials the desk expects. The desk may decline a request that asks for key handling, trading instructions, or work outside a reading appointment.

Intellectual property

Site text, shelf annotations, circle definition lists, and commissioned notes are owned by Lucid Orbitfield unless a public source is quoted. Quotes from public Solana documentation remain the property of their authors and are used so a reader can see the sentence under discussion. You receive a personal copy of an annotation or a commissioned note for your own reading and for colleagues inside your organisation. You may not sell that copy, post it as your own writing, or remove the library’s attribution. Your own messages to the desk stay yours. You grant the desk permission to use them to prepare the appointment.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site and the room for genuine reading enquiries. You will not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in a way that degrades service for other readers, submit another person’s contact details without their consent, or bring keys, seed phrases, or live credentials into an appointment. In the room you follow the shelf rules published on the reading room page.

Liability

Annotations are prepared with care from the documents available at the time. Solana client behavior, feature-gate timing, and proposal text can change after a sitting. The desk is not liable for operational loss, missed epochs, failed transactions, or decisions you or your organisation make after a reading. To the extent Korean law allows, liability related to a paid appointment is limited to the fee you paid for that appointment. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Korean law does not allow to be excluded.

Site content

The website describes the reading room and its appointments. Field notes record the desk’s reading habits at the time they were written. A later Solana release can differ from an older note. The desk may update pages as the shelves change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes that cannot be settled by writing to hello@lucid-orbitfield.click are subject to the courts of the Republic of Korea. The registered business name is Lucid Orbitfield. The reading room address and phone are printed in the footer of every page.
