A personal shelf for token-program changes
Token-program changes accumulate as extension names. A personal shelf survives longer than a highlight in a long document, because the same extension will show up again on a different mint. The token wall in the reading room is built as tabs for that reason.
Six tabs are enough, even when some stay empty: mint authority, freeze authority, transfer fee, metadata pointer, permanent delegate, and “called by my program.” The last tab is the one program authors actually use. An extension can exist in the documentation and never appear in the accounts you create.
When a new note arrives, file it under the tab it changes, and write one sentence on whether existing mints keep their previous behavior. That sentence is the one readers lose when they only store a link. The link still belongs in the margin. The sentence belongs on the tab.
Later notes, including optional fields that only some mints will set, do not earn a new furniture system. They go under the closest tab and carry a line that says the field is optional. An empty tab is a record that you looked and found nothing that applied.
Desk hours are enough when you only need help choosing tabs. A commissioned note is the better request when those tabs must be written against a description of accounts you already use.
